概述/Summarization
XMV单级旋片真空机组是选用一台或一台以上XMV型单级旋片式真空泵进行合理组合，配上缓冲储气罐和配电箱，成为一套新型的真空抽气设备，从而弥补了原来真空泵在使用上的不足。其优点有：
加大抽气量——由一台真空泵和一个缓冲储气罐的组合就可以增加总的（瞬时）抽气量。
节约电能源——由一个缓冲储气罐，配上真空表的控制就可以节约能源。（根据用户的实际情况）
提高使用寿命——真空泵使用可以降低真空泵的温升，泵不会过热；真空表控制真空可以减少真空泵运行时间；缓冲储气罐加上进气过滤器可以减少异物和微颗粒状固体进入真空泵。
